ResumeYek Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ResumeYek, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. About ResumeYek

ResumeYek is an online resume builder with AI features. You can create Persian or English resumes, download PDFs, optionally publish a resume under a custom public address, and view engagement analytics for published resumes.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16. Persian registration uses a mobile number and SMS verification. English registration uses an email address and email verification. You are responsible for your account’s security and activity. Keep credentials confidential and promptly contact support if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Services

Available features include manual resume building; AI generation from biographies or PDFs; Persian–English translation; resume reviews and suggestions; editing resume sections, uploading photos, and PDF export; optional publication of each version under a unique public name while publication access is active; analytics according to your plan; and dashboard activity and notifications. AI operations use credits. We may change, add, remove, update, or discontinue features.

5. AI accuracy

AI-generated text, translations, and suggestions can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication, submission, or use. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, ATS compatibility, recruiter suitability, or compliance with any third party’s requirements.

6. Your content and license

You retain ownership of uploaded, created, or published content, including resume text, photos, and files. You grant ResumeYek a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only to provide, maintain, display, process, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and that your content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Publication and sharing

New resumes are private. Publishing makes all content in that version, including contact details and its photo, visible through the public link. Search visibility requires separate consent and indexing is not guaranteed. You can publish or unpublish each resume, but copies saved or indexed elsewhere may remain outside our control. Visit, download, and referral statistics may be approximate or aggregated.

8. Acceptable use

Do not upload or publish unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content. Do not misrepresent identity, experience, skills, qualifications, or affiliations. Do not disrupt the service, access it without authorization, bypass security, reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute the service or substantial parts of it, or use it for spam, fraud, abuse, or deception.

9. Intellectual property

The software, designs, logos, names, and trademarks belong to ResumeYek or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them. You may use the provided resume design to create, edit, publish, and export your own resumes.

10. Subscriptions, fees, and refunds

  • The Free plan provides 3 AI credits at registration. Manual creation, editing, and downloading saved resumes as PDF require neither AI credits nor an active subscription. AI operations require an active subscription and enough credits.
  • Prices and features appear on pricing and checkout pages and may change. Free requires no payment. Pro and credit packs use Zibal. No international card support is promised.
  • Plan duration is shown before payment. Free publication and public name changes last until 14 days after registration. Free analytics last 14 days after the period starts. Pro provides these features until its period ends.
  • Subscription and credit pack payments are final and nonrefundable except where required by law. Users cannot end a paid subscription early or downgrade Pro to Free; purchased access remains until the period ends.
  • Upgrading Free to Pro preserves the period end and remaining credits. The difference between Pro’s allowance and the initial Free allowance is added until the same period ends. The upgrade price is prorated and shown before payment.
  • Credits have no independent cash value and plan credits expire at the period end. Publication, analytics, and new AI requests stop when access ends. Resume text, photos, manual editing, and PDF downloads remain available to the owner.
  • Extra credit packs require an active subscription to purchase and use. Plan credits are used first, then extra credits in expiry order. Each pack’s validity is shown before payment and starts at activation. Packs do not extend subscriptions or publication access.
  • A failed AI operation may release its reserved credits. This is not a monetary refund.

11. Third-party services and links

ResumeYek may integrate with third-party services or link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Their terms may also apply.

12. Privacy

We collect and use information as described in our privacy policy, including authentication, service use, analytics, payments, and content processing. By using the service, you confirm you have read the policy and agree to its described practices.

13. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, ATS acceptance, or any particular career outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and noninfringement.

14. Liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, ResumeYek is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Total liability for claims related to the service is limited to what you paid ResumeYek in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify ResumeYek and its affiliates against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or demands arising from your use, content, or breach of these terms.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or your use creates risk for the service, ResumeYek, or others. Your right to use the service ends when access terminates. Provisions such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity survive termination.

17. Changes

We may update these terms and will give appropriate notice of material changes, such as an in-app notification. Continued use after the new effective date means accepting the updated terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard by competent courts in Iran unless applicable law requires another procedure.
